On February 10, the Fufeng Branch of the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, issued a reply on the environmental impact report form of the project of adding external pre-combustion furnace at the end of the second-line kiln of Jidong Heidelberg (Fufeng) Cement Co., Ltd. The total investment of the
project is 15.23 million yuan, including 60000 yuan for environmental protection. This project is a technical transformation project. The main construction content is the external pre-combustion furnace at the end of the second-line kiln. At the same time, the municipal sludge, general industrial sludge, straw, general production waste, other solid wastes (commodities confiscated by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, expired food, etc.) and rubber powder are disposed incrementally. The disposal quantity of general solid wastes is reduced. The disposal quantity of domestic garbage and hazardous wastes remains unchanged. Before and after the implementation of
the project, the existing solid waste disposal types will not be changed, and the existing engineering cement clinker and cement product types and production capacity will not be changed, that is, the product scheme will remain unchanged.
Prior to this, Fufeng Branch of Baoji Ecological Environment Bureau also issued the approval of the environmental impact report form for the aggregate growth and machine-made sand project of Jidong Heidelberg (Fufeng) Cement Co., Ltd. The total investment of the
project is 48.8511 million yuan, including 2.6 million yuan for environmental protection. This project plans to build aggregate production and machine-made sand projects in the plant area, supporting crushing system, screening system, aggregate storage warehouse, dry machine-made sand building system, and adding new products of aggregate and machine-made sand.
