The announcement said that on October 31, 2024, the Inner Mongolia Office of Industry and Information Technology announced the transfer information of the 2500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Zhalantun Longbei Cement Co., Ltd.
Due to the policy adjustment, according to the "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (which will come into effect on November 1, 2024), it is stipulated that "the transfer of capacity within the same corporate enterprise group does not need to be reported to the provincial industrial and information authorities where the transfer of capacity occurs." The provincial competent department of industry and information technology at the project construction site is responsible for verifying the capacity replacement plan, and publicizing and announcing the capacity replacement plan and the commitment letter on the portal website.
