It has been listed in the first batch of major scientific and technological projects in the national building materials industry and the National Development and Reform Commission's "Green Low Carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Project". The liquid carbon dioxide production capacity of the project is 200,000 tons/year. Among them, the industrial grade CO2 is 150000 tons per year, and the food grade CO2 is 45000 tons per year. The cement is suitable for projects such as ports, seawalls, crack-free corrosion-resistant floors, rapid repair and the like; compared with the traditional cement, the cement accelerates the construction progress, improves the corrosion resistance, reduces the cracking risk, reduces the carbon emission by 30%, has a relatively high price, but is about 30% lower than that of the sulphoaluminate cement, has stable growth of the strength in the later period, has better cost performance in the whole period, and needs to pay attention to mechanized rapid construction. It has been successfully applied in the reconstruction of Zhoushan Port wharf and Shenzhen seawall. In addition, the new low carbon cement clinker of sulfur silicate has solved the problem of high temperature coexistence and conflict of multiple low calcium mineral phases, overcome the international technical bottleneck of industrial one-time firing, and take the lead in realizing industrial production demonstration on 500 t/d new dry cement kiln; Compared with Portland cement clinker, the clinker CO2 emission is reduced by more than or equal to 25%, and the energy consumption is reduced by more than or equal to 10%. Ultra-low emission transformation is the main content of social responsibility of cement enterprises. At present, our cement enterprises are facing enormous difficulties. In this severe economic situation, we still need to invest in ultra-low emission technology transformation. I still suggest that cement entrepreneurs should take a long-term view in the ultra-low emission transformation. According to their own conditions, they should choose the technical route suitable for their own enterprise conditions and stop taking detours. Especially for the technical route selection of cement kiln tail out-of-stock, the technology with long-term and reliable operation, low ammonia escape and long service life of catalyst must be selected. Drying mainly includes belt drying, rotary drying and flash drying, which should be selected according to the characteristics of alternative fuels and the heat source in the plant. Pyrolysis uses the heat of the hot raw material itself to heat the alternative fuel, and then sends it to the decomposition furnace for combustion, which improves the fuel efficiency and denitrification effect. The commonly used gasifier is fluidized bed. Foreign cement enterprises first used CFB gasification in 1995, which has the functions of high combustion efficiency, coordinated denitrification and impurity discharge, but the complete gasification equipment is large and the heat and power consumption is high. The Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has developed the activation technology of alternative fuels. After partial gasification, the alternative fuels are sent to the decomposition furnace for combustion, which achieves high combustion efficiency, coordinated denitrification and impurity discharge, reduces the scale of equipment and investment costs, and reduces the increase of heat and power consumption.
