On November 5, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the list of the first batch of manufacturing enterprises to be supported by electricity costs in the first three quarters of 2025.

Among them, 8 cement enterprises have entered the list, with a total amount of 11.644024 million yuan to be supported. Details are as follows:

Chengmai Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. intends to support an amount of RMB 3,003,312;

Hainan Changjiang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. intends to support an amount of 2,936,720 yuan;

China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd. intends to support an amount of 1,419,034 yuan;

Sanya Huasheng Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. intends to support RMB 2,784,903;

Danzhou Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd. intends to support RMB 922,698;

Danzhou Mingcheng Cement Co., Ltd. intends to support RMB 246,703;

Changjiang Conch Huasheng Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. intends to support RMB 169,416;

Tunchang Zhongneng Cement Development Co., Ltd. intends to support RMB 161,238.
