R & D investment. A number of policies have been introduced to promote technological transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises, and investment subsidies for technological transformation have been increased. For the establishment of industry-university-research cooperation and the purchase of scientific and technological achievements, the government subsidy standard has been raised from 20% to 30%, and the number of subsidized projects has increased from 12 to 26. This year, 80 million yuan of various policy funds will be cashed, and the R & D expenditure of industrial enterprises will increase by 21% year on year.

Energy saving and consumption reduction are accelerated. Focusing on the implementation of technological transformation and equipment renewal in traditional energy-intensive industries such as cement and steel, 109 technological transformation projects have been put on record, an increase of 81.7% over the same period last year. The energy consumption per unit of industrial added value decreased by 9.5% compared with the same period last year. After the relocation of the new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 7,500 tons of Southern Cement , the annual carbon reduction will be 70,700 tons. Lixin Special Steel plans to build a 160MW wind power industrial green micro-grid.

Platform upgrade support. Promote manufacturing enterprises to continue to deepen cooperation between industry, University and research institutes, and accelerate the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements. A total of 68 R & D platforms at or above the provincial level have been built, and three technology transfer centers have been built with Lanzhou University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology and Anhui University of Technology. The R & D projects of Yongmaotai, Dongwei Electroplating, Hefei University of Technology and Anhui University of Technology have been declared to the provincial scientific and technological innovation plan.
