On August 21, Jilin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the technical transformation plan for energy saving and carbon reduction of cement clinker production enterprises in Jilin City. The announcement shows that the three cement enterprises in the technical transformation are Jilin Jinyu Jidong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Jidong Cement Panshi Co., Ltd. and Jilin Yatai Mingcheng Cement Co., Ltd.
