Construction Scale: Quanzhou-Xiamen-Zhangzhou Intercity Railway Line R1 (Xiamen Section) starts from the sea area of Weitou Bay at the junction of Quanzhou and Xiamen. It passes through Xiang'an District, Huli District and Haicang District and ends at Wenpu Mountain at the junction of Xiamen and Zhangzhou. The line is 53 kilometers long and has 8 stations (including 1 reserved).

Bidding scope: The bidding scope is the open-cut section (including U-shaped groove) from Shijing Station to Xiangan Airport Station of Quanzhou-Xiamen-Zhangzhou Intercity Railway Line R1 (Xiamen Section). The bidding contents include open excavation section, U-shaped groove, wastewater pump house and other ancillary structures, earthwork excavation and outward transportation, road and underground passage breaking, revetment demolition and reconstruction, pavement restoration works, comprehensive grounding, traffic relief, pipeline relocation (rainwater pipe, rainwater box culvert, sewage pipe, sewage pumping station, comprehensive drainage pipe), temporary protection of pipelines, traffic facilities relocation.
