Both Li Hancheng and Tang Chunming applied to resign from the position of deputy general manager of the Company due to personal reasons, and will no longer hold any position in the Company after their resignation; Tang Xiaochun applied to resign as the company's chief financial officer for personal reasons . According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the resignation reports submitted by Li Hancheng, Tang Chunming and Tang Xiaochun shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
At the same time, in view of the current vacancy of the company's chief financial officer, in order to ensure the normal operation of the company, the company will appoint a new chief financial officer as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
On the same day, * ST Mubang also disclosed the announcement that part of the fund raised by its subsidiary was deducted by the judiciary.
The announcement shows that due to the dispute over the loan contract between * ST Mubang and Hangzhou Shengzeying Trading Co., Ltd., the People's Court of Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, deducted 0.56 million yuan from its subsidiary Mubang New Material Fund-raising Account. Prior to this, its subsidiary had been deducted RMB 97,465,900 from the joint plan.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the total balance of * ST Mubang's fund-raising account of 26.8576 million yuan is frozen . A total of RMB227.5977 million was deducted from its fund raising account .
