The company decided to transfer all its shares in Dalian Onoda Cement Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of the company, to Jilin Penglin Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. After the equity transfer, Dalian Onoda Cement will be excluded from the company's consolidated subsidiaries.
It is understood that Dalian Onoda Cement has a 4000t/d clinker cement production line.
In order to fulfill the confidentiality obligations related to the transfer of equity, Pacific Cement did not disclose the transfer price.
It is understood that in October 2022, Pacific Cement suspended the cement manufacturing and sales business of its subsidiary Dalian Onoda Cement Co., Ltd. in Dalian, Liaoning Province.
Relevant information shows that Jilin Penglin Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and owns three concrete companies, namely, Gongzhuling Branch of Jilin Penglin Concrete Co., Ltd., Changchun Branch of Jilin Penglin Concrete Co., Ltd., and Jilin Branch of Jilin Penglin Concrete Co., Ltd. It is one of the large-scale concrete enterprises in Jilin Province.
