Project Overview: The whole line of this project adopts the technical standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The route is 44.356 kilometers long, with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 26 meters. The construction scale of the Project is as follows: permanent land occupation of 3020 mu; filling of 3.0823 million cubic meters and excavation of 10.187487 million cubic meters (excluding tunnel earthwork); 30 bridges of 9678.5m on the main line, including 1 extra-large bridge of 1208m and 29 large bridges of 8470.5m; There are 5 tunnels with a 17596 of m, including 1 extra-long tunnel with a 10181 of m, 4 long tunnels with a length of 7415m, 37 culverts, 2 interchanges, including 2 hub interchanges, 1 separated interchange with a length of 45m, 1 separated interchange with a length of 98m under the main line, 26 passages and 7 overpasses; 1 toll station, 1 service area, 1 maintenance work area, 1 road section monitoring and communication sub-center, and 1 bridge and tunnel maintenance management station. This project is a new expressway project, including subgrade and pavement, bridges and culverts, tunnels, crossing works, traffic works and facilities along the line, greening works, temporary works, etc.
Construction site: Luoning-Songxian Section of Mianchi-Xichuan Expressway is located in Luoning County and Songxian County in the west of Luoyang City. The starting point intersects with Luolu Expressway which has been completed and opened to traffic. The route generally runs from north to south. It runs southward through the east of Chenwu Township in Luoning County and the west of Deting Town in Songxian County, and ends at the east of Jiuxian Town to connect with Luoluan Expressway. project: The total investment of the project is estimated to be 778284 5,200 RMB yuan. Source of
funds: The proportion of the project capital is 20%, and the project capital is about the 155656 of. 9 million yuan, of which, the representatives of the government investors account for 20% of the shares, and the contribution is about 311.3138 million yuan, which comes from the local government funds. Luoyang Municipal People's Government authorizes Luoyang Jiaotou Highway Co., Ltd. as the representative of the government investor, to form a project company with the winning bidder, to perform the obligations of shareholders and enjoy the rights of shareholders in accordance with the articles of association of the project company.
