The cost of the project is 26899 93000 yuan, involving Beigao Town, Gongchen Street, Huangshi Town, Xitianwei Town and Zhenhai Street, and the construction contents include new cultivated land (including garden land reclamation) projects, pits and other agricultural land reclamation projects, non-grain land consolidation projects, and high-standard farmland upgrading and transformation projects. It is also equipped with agricultural equipment and storage houses, cold storage construction, agricultural exhibition areas and related supporting facilities. ② Subproject II: Phase I of Comprehensive and Continuous Land Improvement Project on the South Bank of Mulan River. The project cost is 69.1264 million yuan, involving Huangshi Town and Xindu Town in Licheng District, and the construction contents include agriculture-related supporting facilities and the upgrading of cultivated land within the scope of implementation. ③ Subproject III: Comprehensive Land Improvement and Green Development Project in Xindu Town, Licheng District, Putian City. Located in Xindu Town, Licheng District, the 13363 of the project is 0.95 million yuan, and the construction contents include agriculture-related supporting facilities, farmland upgrading and transformation, and garden land rehabilitation projects within the scope of implementation. ④ Subproject 4: Comprehensive Land Improvement and Cultivated Land Protection Project in Xindu Town, Licheng District, Putian City. The project cost is 83.2612 million yuan, located in Xindu Town, Licheng District, and the construction contents include the land consolidation project, the improvement of cultivated land quality and the reclamation project of garden land within the scope of implementation. The final content and scale of the project construction shall be subject to the implementation plan approved by the competent department and the approved construction drawings.
Bidding scope: The bidding scope of this project includes the construction of ecological agriculture demonstration area in Licheng District and the improvement of cultivated land, the first phase of the comprehensive land improvement project on the south bank of Mulanxi River, the comprehensive land improvement and green development project in Xindu Town, Licheng District, Putian City, The construction, management and protection (farmland management and protection period is 2 years) and operation (operation period is 10 years) of farmland restoration and agriculture-related supporting facilities in towns/streets involved in the four sub-projects of the Comprehensive Land Renovation and Farmland Protection Project in Xindu Town, Licheng District, Putian City shall be implemented according to the actual situation and the requirements of the Employer.
