In accordance with the relevant requirements of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other four departments of the state on the capacity management of the cement industry, The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Ecological Environment and the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau have jointly studied and determined the list of cement clinker production lines and affiliated enterprises whose annual production days are calculated according to 330 days and 270 days (the actual production days of enterprises need to be implemented in combination with the policy of peak staggering production).
