Recently, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Yingde City, Guangdong Province, issued a notice approving Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to implement an irregular and comprehensive working hour system.

I. It is agreed that team members/middle-level managers/supervisors/section chiefs, safety officers/occupational health administrators, sales clerks, port personnel, fork/crane drivers, auxiliary vehicle drivers/380 loader drivers, security squad leaders, car drivers, canteen administrators/cooks, The staff of raw material monitoring and other posts shall be subject to irregular working hours.
2. It is agreed that the working system of comprehensive calculation of working hours shall be implemented for the staff of large engineering machinery drivers, loading/unloading mechanics, mine automobile maintenance, mine electrical maintenance and other posts.
3. The enterprise shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter I and Chapter IV of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and on the basis of ensuring the health of the staff and workers and listening to their opinions, adopt appropriate ways of work and rest for the staff and workers who implement the work and rest methods of irregular and comprehensive calculation of working hours. Ensure the right of employees to rest and vacation and the completion of production and work tasks. The total actual working hours within the comprehensive calculation cycle shall not exceed the total legal standard working hours, and the excess part shall be regarded as the extension of working hours and the payment of wages according to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 44 of the Labor Law. If the legal holidays are arranged for workers to work, the payment of wages shall be made according to the provisions of the third paragraph of Article 44 of the Labor Law. Moreover, the average number of hours of extended working hours shall not exceed 36 hours per month.
For the work posts above the third level (including the third level) of physical labor intensity, the employees who implement the comprehensive calculation of working hours system shall not work more than 10 hours a day continuously, and shall rest at least one day a week.
4. The implementation time is tentatively set at one year , calculated from the date of approval.
5. The unit shall notify the employees who agree to implement the irregular working hours system or the comprehensive calculation of working hours system.
