The area illegally occupied is about 19.3 thousand square meters. The Natural Resources Bureau of Fengkai County imposed the following penalties, ordering it to return the illegally occupied land; confiscating the newly built buildings and other facilities on the illegally occupied land of about 19,300 square meters in accordance with the plan, and imposing a fine of about 5.8113 million yuan.
