The replacement plan shows that Henan Hubo Lingwei Cement withdraws from a 4500t/d clinker production line , of which 3000t/d production capacity is used to supplement another 4500t/d clinker production line in the same enterprise. After the supplement, the production capacity is 7500t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1:1;
The remaining capacity of 1500t/d is used to supplement a 4500t/d clinker production line of Anyang Hubo Clinker Company, with a capacity of 5250t/d after supplement and a replacement ratio of 2:1.
