Construction Scale: Selected for this project Located in Beijing Airlines Office, it starts from Longhai Railway in the north, ends at Qiancheng Avenue in the east, ends at Qihang Road in the south and ends at Jingkai 25th Avenue in the west. It is 3353 meters long from north to south and 2973 meters wide from east to west. It covers an area of about 7.89 square kilometers and has an actual available industrial land area of 2130 mu. The total investment of this
project is about 9968 million yuan (subject to the actual construction content). The implementation and construction of this
project shall include all the contents of survey, design, construction, procurement and operation. Including but not limited to the following contents:
(1) Engineering survey and design: including but not limited to engineering survey, scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design, follow-up construction coordination, etc.;
(2) Project construction procurement: including but not limited to all construction contents and procurement, installation, commissioning and other relevant contents of materials, equipment and facilities within the scope of construction drawings of the Project;
(3) Project operation: responsible for the operation of the whole project area after the completion of the Project;
(4) Assist in handling the contents that should be included in the general contracting of the project, such as project construction application, approval, quality supervision filing, etc. Term of
cooperation: 18 years tentatively (8 years for construction and 10 years for operation).
