On November 25, Shaanxi Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the normalization of peak staggering production in the cement industry from 2025 to 2026. All cement clinker production lines in the province are required to carry out peak staggering production from December 1, 2025 to March 10, 2026. In addition, according to the statistics of cement network, 13 provinces, including Shaanxi, have issued peak-staggered production plans in autumn and winter, with the longest shutdown time of 151 days.

On September 11, the national clinker storage capacity ratio was 62.50%, and the national cement storage capacity ratio was 60.23%. The storage capacity ratio of the two types of products in each region showed different changes compared with the same period and the ring ratio. Among them, the change range was 35.00 percentage points higher than same period in the northeast region. Many types of data with small changes remained flat, with no increase or decrease.
