Recently, the Intermediate People's Court of Benxi City, Liaoning Province announced that the administrator had completed the distribution of the bankruptcy property of Liaoning Highway Cement Plant in accordance with the Distribution Plan of the Bankruptcy Property of Liaoning Highway Cement Plant. In accordance with Article 120 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the court decided to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings of Liaoning Highway Cement Plant on September 15, 2026.
