From July 25 to 28, three photovoltaic EPC general contracting projects were postponed, involving China Power Construction and China Coal Energy Group, with a total scale of more than 220 MW. Among them, the bid opening time of Power China Hebei Engineering Company was postponed to August 1 due to the failure of some bidders to submit materials on non-working days; the bid closing/opening time of China Coal Yili Prefecture Project and Guangdong Jianliduo Project was postponed to August 11 and August 8 respectively, and the reasons were not disclosed.
Since 2025, many photovoltaic power generation projects have been delayed, abandoned or terminated due to changes in the external environment, the progress of project construction and the decline in the enthusiasm of bidders. In July, five projects were postponed, with a scale of more than 3350.6MW. In May, 8 photovoltaic projects of central enterprises were postponed collectively, with a capacity of about 1.15GW. In addition, 9 photovoltaic projects were abandoned/failed, with a scale of more than 678 MW; 17 projects were terminated, with a scale of more than 55.91 GW.
