On July 21, Jiangsu Provincial Public Service Platform for Tendering and Bidding announced that Sheyang Huasheng Company Sheyang Port Zero Carbon Park 150 MW Phase II Fishing-Photovoltaic Complementary Project (Section III) was due to insufficient bidders in five public tenders. It was decided not to invite tenders. A 110 kV photovoltaic booster station and supporting facilities will be built in this section. Located in Sheyang Port Economic Development Zone, Sheyang County, Yancheng City, the
project is divided into three bid sections and has been approved by the EIA in April 2025. The bidding result of
the first bid section was announced on July 22, and the bid was won by China Nuclear Huatai Construction. The second bid section was re-tendered on June 27, but also because there were less than three valid bidders, the bid was re-tendered on July 21, and the re-tender announcement was re-issued on the same day.
