Feng Cunwei said that the original intention of the establishment of the Technical Committee was to adapt to the new situation of the industry, lead member units to improve their technical management level, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and promote the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and high-quality development of Shandong industry through technological upgrading and fine management. At the same time, three expectations are put forward for the technical committee: First, establish a normal exchange mechanism, give full play to its advantages, and guide enterprises to strengthen exchanges in many ways.
