Kant Project is a complete new dry process clinker production line, an important project for Beijing Triumph to cultivate the Central Asian market, and one of the key industrial modernization projects in Kyrgyzstan in recent years. During the construction of the project, the Beijing Triumph project team overcame multiple challenges such as winter construction, high dust and narrow space operation, and multinational supply chain coordination, and successfully completed the work of drawing review and transformation, and pile foundation construction. The project started on November 27, 2023 and ignited on March 20, 2025. On the premise of ensuring safety management and quality control, it took 16 months to complete the construction work and achieve ignition and commissioning, more than six months ahead of the contract period, demonstrating the outstanding management ability, advanced technical ability and strong performance of Beijing Kaisheng in an all-round way. The project adopts the second generation of new dry process technology and the international advanced low energy consumption intelligent production process, equipped with intelligent control system, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and green environmental protection, and sets a benchmark for the green upgrading of the cement industry in Central Asia.
