Li Ming welcomed Tan Hua and his party. He said that as an important technical support unit for water conservancy in China and an authoritative think tank for international water conservancy and hydropower strategic research and technical consultation, the General Institute of Water Planning is conscientiously implementing the Outline of the National Water Network Construction Plan, and comprehensively promoting the revision of flood control planning for seven major river basins, regional water network planning and the 15th Five-Year Plan for Water Security. Gezhouba Group is the "global business card" of water conservancy and hydropower, with a long history of development and strong comprehensive strength, and has made outstanding contributions to the development of water conservancy in China.
