Recently, Huainan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement of Huainan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology on the Application of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. for Cancellation of the Relocation Plan of the Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons. On March 28,
2023, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Anhui Province announced the relocation plan of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. for its cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons. Later, due to changes in relevant policies, the relocation plan was not organized and implemented.
According to the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition), Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. applied to cancel the relocation plan of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons.
Due to the change of market environment and the adjustment of enterprise strategy, together with the above production lines, four clinker production lines have been announced to be no longer constructed in 2025, with a total capacity of 5.735 million tons per year (calculated by 310 days).
On
December 17, Zhejiang Economic and Credit Department issued the Notice on Cancellation of the Capacity Replacement Scheme for the Relocation Project of 4500 Tons/Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Zhejiang Shangfeng Kehuan Building Materials Co., Ltd.
Zhejiang Shangfeng Kehuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. applied to cancel the Capacity Replacement Plan for the Relocation Project of 4500 Tons/Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Zhejiang Shangfeng Kehuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. After reviewing the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2024] No.206), the plan for capacity replacement is now revoked and announced.

On January 17, The Office of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province issued the announcement that the technical upgrading and transformation project of the new dry process cement clinker rotary kiln production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of Taiwan Cement (Huaihua) Cement Co., Ltd. will no longer be constructed.
Due to the expiration of the mine and the change of the market environment, the technical upgrading and transformation project of the new dry process cement clinker rotary kiln production line with a daily output of 5000 tons of Taini (Huaihua) Cement Co., Ltd. will no longer be constructed after the application of the enterprise and the examination and report of Huaihua Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. In accordance with the spirit of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Announcement on the Technical Upgrading and Transformation Project of the New Dry Process Cement Clinker Rotary Kiln Production Line with a Daily Output of 5000 Tons of Taiwan Cement (Huaihua) Cement Co., Ltd. is hereby revoked. Henan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on Revoking the Announcement on the Capacity of Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. to Construct a Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons.
According to the application of Hebi Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, as Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. voluntarily decides not to implement the above project construction, according to the Measures of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (Original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Announcement on the Capacity of Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd.'s Proposed Technical Transformation and Construction of a Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons (Yu Gong Xin Announcement [2021] No.6) is hereby revoked.
