On July 1, China Resources Power issued a tender announcement for centralized procurement of photovoltaic module equipment for the second batch of photovoltaic projects in 2025. The tenderer of the project is China Resources New Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the procurement is divided into three bidding sections , totaling 3GW of N-type TOPcon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules. The procurement capacity of
Bid Section I is 1500 MW, and the delivery period is from August 2025 to December 2025; The procurement capacity of the second bid section is 1200 MW, and the delivery period is from August 2025 to December 2025; The procurement capacity of the third bid section is 300 MW, and the delivery period is from August 2025 to February 2026. The main contracted projects of the first
bid section are based on the actual contract location, and the main contracted projects are located in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Hubei, Yunnan, Hebei and other regions . The second
bid section is subject to the actual signing place, and the main contracted projects are located in Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, Kunming City, Huainan City, Anhui Province, etc . The third
bid section is subject to the actual signing place, and the main signing project is located in Shuangjiantu, Changtu Island, Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province . Qualification requirements
of the bidder: the bidding PV module shall be certified by one of TUV, UL, VDE, CQC, CGC or a third party with equivalent qualification.
Performance requirements: the annual production capacity of the bidder's crystalline silicon modules shall not be less than 15GWp (already put into production) by the deadline for submission of bids. Agents and consortia are not allowed to bid
in this tender.
The bid closing time/bid opening time is 9:00 on July 22, 2025.
