The tender is divided into 6 bid sections , with a capacity of 8.95 GW . According to the tender announcement, the first to fourth bidders are Huadian Jinshang Changdu New Energy Co., Ltd. and the fifth to sixth bidders are China Huadian Group Material Co., Ltd .
It should be noted that the bidding sections 1 to 4 are centralized photovoltaic projects with a bidding capacity of 2.95 GW . The supply period is from November 2023 to September 2024; Section 5 to Section 6 is the framework section , which is applicable to some photovoltaic infrastructure projects and some technical projects of Huadian Group with module demand before the first quarter of 2024, and the framework is valid until June 30, 2024.
