On June 23, China Nengjian Electronic Procurement Platform issued a pre-qualification announcement for EPC general contracting of photovoltaic power station of Navoi Integrated Energy Project in Uzbekistan.
It is reported that the project is located 56 kilometers north of Navoi City, and plans to build 300 MWac photovoltaic power station, 150 MW/300 MWh energy storage power station and 220 kV transmission and transformation facilities, equipped with 620 Wp double-sided monocrystalline components. Electricity is connected to the national power grid of Uzbekistan through a 0.5 km 220kV line.
It is planned to start construction on August 1, 2025, the energy storage power station is expected to be put into operation in April 2026, and the commissioning and acceptance of photovoltaic power station and EIF facilities will be completed before July 2026.
The bidder shall have at least one 300MWac photovoltaic power station (including 220kV booster station) or one 220kV and above transmission and transformation line EPC project performance, and at most two companies are allowed to form a consortium to participate. The deadline for
submission is 11:00 on July 21, 2025, subject to the information released by the procurement platform.
