French renewable energy company, has recently launched a new project, the 200 MW " photovoltaic birdhouse" project, and the first two demonstration projects have landed. It was also successfully selected for the innovative photovoltaic tender of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE).
The two projects are located in Brignon-sur-Saulde in the Loire Valley and Sainte-Croix-Bresse in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, respectively, and can generate electricity and raise birds, which can be described as "one place for multiple purposes".
Specifically, the Brinon project is equipped with 15000 solar panels, generating about 11 GWh annually, and customized design can also shade and cool the poultry house and improve animal comfort; The Saint-Croix-Bresse project invested 6 million euros to renovate and upgrade 17 galvanized steel solar sheds, generating about 7.6 GWh of electricity annually, and greatly improving the breeding environment.
