Judging from the current situation, Red Lion Cement has replaced Conch Cement and formally become the final purchaser of Shoulushan Cement in Gansu Province.

According to industry sources, recently, Red Lion Cement has officially sent a management team to Gansu Shoulushan Cement Co., Ltd. to take over the company's production, operation and sales system.

Previously, there were widespread rumors in the industry that Conch Cement was interested in acquiring Shoulushan Cement in Gansu Province, and made preliminary contacts. But ultimately the two sides failed to reach an agreement on the acquisition.

Judging from the current situation, Red Lion Cement has replaced Conch Cement and formally become the final purchaser of Shoulushan Cement in Gansu Province.

Gansu Shoulushan Cement: 4500t/d production line (Φ4.8 × 74m rotary kiln), supporting 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project, located in Zhenglu Industrial Park, Jingtai County, Baiyin City, put into operation in January 2014, and the approved maximum production days in 2025 are 270 days.
