Guizhou Haolong 3000t/d Production Line Capacity Transfer Plan Changed Jinchuan Group's Two Production Lines to Supplement Capacity

On November 4, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on Changing the Capacity Transfer Scheme of the New Dry Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 3000 Tons of Clinker of Guizhou Haolong Cement Co., Ltd. On February 11, 2025, the capacity replacement scheme of the Announcement on the Capacity Transfer Scheme of the New Dry Process Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 3000 Tons of Clinker of Guizhou Haolong Cement Co., Ltd. was not implemented. The change of the capacity transfer scheme of the new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 3000 tons of clinker of Guizhou Haolong Cement Co., Ltd. is now publicized, and the original announcement scheme is invalid.

According to the new transfer-out plan, the production capacity index of 3000t/d clinker line of Guizhou Haolong Cement Co., Ltd. will be transferred out to 1000t/d clinker line and 2500t/d clinker line of Jinchang Cement Co., Ltd. of Jinchuan Group , and the replacement ratio is 2:1. After completing the production capacity, the production capacity of the above two production lines of Jinchuan Group will be changed to 1600t/d and 3400t/d.

The previous transfer-out plan was to transfer the 3000t/d clinker production line capacity index of Guizhou Haolong Cement Co., Ltd. to the 5500t/d production line of Zhejiang Haolong Building Materials Co., Ltd. according to the replacement ratio of 2:1.
