. Ltd. has two new dry process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 4000 tons. In recent years, the company has paid attention to energy saving and emission reduction, and the energy consumption per unit product and output value has continuously decreased.
The solid hazardous waste treatment
company has passed the certification of national quality system, environmental system and occupational health and safety system, strengthened the "fine management", comprehensively improved the enterprise management level, and become a large modern enterprise with "reasonable technology, advanced equipment and first-class environmental protection". The economic and technical indicators of production and operation have reached the first-class level of domestic counterparts.
The enterprise supports the construction of 18MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and environmental protection industrial park project (Jiande Hongshi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Jiande Shenglong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.), with a fly ash disposal scale of 50000 tons per year and a general solid waste disposal scale of 150000 tons per year. Realize the integrated environmental protection industrial park for the reduction, recycling and harmless comprehensive utilization of general solid wastes such as waste incineration fly ash, urban (industrial) sludge, contaminated soil and waste stones produced by mining. After countercurrent rinsing and solid-liquid separation, the
cement kiln co-processing fly ash is dried by the waste heat of the grate cooler and pneumatically conveyed to the tail smoke chamber of the cement kiln to be calcined as a cement raw material. The ash was water is precipitate by a physicochemical method to remove heavy metal ions and calcium and magnesium ions, that precipitated sludge is dry and enters a cement kiln to be calcined together with the treated fly ash, and the clarified liquid at the upper part of the sedimentation tank is subjected to multi-stage filtration, evaporation, crystallization and desalination, and then is completely reused for washing the fly ash. By adopting advanced equipment and technology, the
cement kiln co-disposal project can save energy consumption, reduce production costs and reduce the consumption of raw materials. If the cost of fly ash treatment is calculated as 400 yuan/ton, the annual income is about 20 million yuan; if the cost of solid waste treatment is calculated as 30 yuan/ton, the annual income is about 4.5 million yuan.

implementation of the environmental benefit
project alleviates the disposal pressure of the local waste incineration fly ash and general solid waste, avoids the environmental problems caused by the temporary stacking and improper disposal of waste, improves the urban environmental conditions, is conducive to the protection of the natural environment, and realizes the efficient recycling of resources. Leading enterprises to take the road of green and low-carbon transformation and development, and promoting the sustainable development of cities and enterprises, the project is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 107600 tons.
The
project has realized the reduction, recycling and harmlessness of urban and industrial wastes. After the completion of the project, it can drive the upstream and downstream development of the surrounding related industrial chains, increase the employment opportunities and economic income of the local people, and promote the social and economic development. It plays a positive role in establishing the image of environmental protection of enterprises.
