On June 17, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yibin City, Sichuan Province, issued an environmental impact report form for the project of intelligent manufacturing of 5G W high-efficiency photovoltaic modules per year.
The report shows that the construction unit of the project, Yibin High Investment Cultural Tourism Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., is located in Yibin High-tech Industrial Park, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, and is the first declared project. The nature of the project is new construction (relocation). The total investment of the
project is 1.5 billion yuan , the construction period is 8 months, covering an area of about 250 mu, and new production plants, raw materials and finished products warehouses, solid waste warehouses, comprehensive buildings and other buildings are built. After the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of 5G W high-efficiency photovoltaic modules will be achieved . According to
the data, Yibin Gaotou Cultural Tourism Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. was established in September 2023. Its legal representative is Luo Tianxin. Its registered capital is RMB 200 million. Its business scope covers consultation and planning of tourism development projects, construction of landscaping projects, etc. The controlling shareholder of the
company is Yibin Hi-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd., which is a holding subsidiary of Yibin SASAC .
