Recently, the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Construction released the list of the sixth batch of registered first-class constructors in 2025.
According to the Regulations on the Administration of Registered Constructors (Decree No.153 of the Ministry of Construction), the Measures for the Implementation of Registration of First-Class Constructors (Jianshi [2007] 101) and the Announcement on the Provisions and Contents of Administrative Licensing Matters Directly Implemented by the Organs of the Ministry of Construction (Announcement No.278 of the Ministry of Construction), after examination and verification. Chen Jing and 13032 other persons who apply for the registration of first-class constructors meet the registration requirements and are allowed to register. Personnel who have not been approved for registration can inquire about the reasons for not registering through the "Latest Progress Inquiry" column of the government service portal of the Ministry of Housing, Urban and Rural Construction, and can print the "Notice of No Permission to Apply for Registration of First-Class Constructors" by themselves.
