According to the list of cement clinker production lines in Hubei Province in 2023, the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 9,500 tons in Huaxin Huangshi will be completed and put into operation in December 2020, and the diameter of the cement kiln is Φ6.2m. The production line has been built for less than four years and is in the prime of life, so it is impossible to merge the two into one and rebuild them. Is that the capacity replacement of the difference part of the "batch of small and large" situation referred to in the "Questions and Answers on the Implementation Measures of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry" in January 2020? Not really. Because the daily output of 9500 tons of cement clinker is calculated according to the cement clinker capacity conversion table with clear policies on capacity replacement, the kiln diameter should be Φ6.2m, which is fully in line with the requirements.
That is only because the production technology of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 9500 tons is becoming more and more skilled, and its design capacity can reach 11500 tons of cement clinker per day. Commonly known as overproduction. Li Yeqing has pointed out that the replacement capacity is completely approved according to the kiln diameter, which leads to the actual capacity of some clinker production lines with a replacement approved capacity of 5000 TPD reaching 7000 TPD after completion. At present, the replacement of production capacity from outside the province (even under our own banner) is strictly carried out in accordance with the 2:1 reduction replacement ratio, and the production capacity of the production line is planned to be updated to 11500 tons per day. After other procedures to be updated are completed (planned for August 2025), production can be organized according to the updated record capacity scale.
According to the conversion table, the relative diameter of the kiln with a daily output of 11500 tons should be Φ 7.1m, and the input-output benefit of the production line will be further improved if the kiln with a smaller diameter of Φ 6.2m is used for production. In production, the energy consumption will also be relatively reduced, so that the cost will be reduced. It is not entangled in the gains and losses between the production capacity of one ton and the kiln diameter of one cent.
