On September 14, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province issued the Reply of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangxi Province on the Environmental Impact Report of the Overall Relocation and Technical Renovation Project of Fenyi Conch Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons.
According to the environmental impact report of the project, the overall relocation and technical transformation project of Fenyi Conch 4500 t/d cement clinker production line from the city to the park is located in the digital building materials industrial park of Fenyi Industrial Park, Xinyu City. It is a relocation project to build a 4500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and a 7.5MW waste heat power generation system. of Jiangxi Province agrees in principle with the overall conclusion of the environmental impact report.
The data show that Fenyi Conch 4500t/d cement clinker production line is planned to relocate two existing cement clinker production lines (2000t/d, 2500t/d) and cement grinding stations. After the relocation, a 4500 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line and a 1.95 million t/a cement grinding station will be built. After the relocation, the daily clinker production capacity will remain unchanged, and the waste heat power generation will be reduced from 9.0 MW to 7.5 MW.
According to relevant reports at the beginning of this year, yuan Jian, deputy director of the manufacturing branch of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd., said, "Our company's 4500t/d cement production line is stepping up, which has low energy consumption and a very high degree of digitalization.". The planned ignition time of the
project is June 2025.
