Zhongxin Kaiwei Pig Breeding Project consumes 400 tons of feed and produces 120-150 tons of feces and other wastes every day; after the two production buildings are put into operation, they consume 800 tons of feed and produce 250-300 tons of feces and other wastes every day. Pig manure flows from the building to the high-temperature anaerobic fermentation tank through the closed pipeline, and produces biogas and biogas residue through anaerobic fermentation. After wet oxidation and desulfurization, the biogas is used for energy utilization, most of which is used as clean energy and transported to cement production; the other part is transported to the steam heat source machine, and the generated steam is used for feed production.

Biogas, as a renewable bioenergy, has shown great potential in replacing coal, and has brought significant positive impact on both production efficiency and environmental protection. The heat source for cement mill production of our company is the biogas produced by animal husbandry, which can realize the win-win situation of production benefit and environmental protection. In terms of fuel cost, the two cement production workshops originally need to consume 250 kg/H of standard coal as a heat source for cement production. The average daily production time of the two workshops is 12 hours, and the annual production time is 330 days. According to the above data, the two production workshops can save 2000 tons of standard coal annually. According to the price of 1400 yuan per ton of standard coal, the cost can be reduced by 2.8 million yuan.

Zhongxin Animal Husbandry currently consumes 400 tons of feed per day and needs 24 tons of steam, which can save 7200 yuan per day (300 yuan per ton of steam) and about 2.6 million yuan per year. After the two production buildings are put into operation, 800 tons of feed are consumed every day, 48 tons of steam are needed, the cost can be saved by 14400 yuan per day, and the annual cost can be saved by about 5.2 million yuan.

In addition to meeting the biogas required by cement mill and feed production, the surplus biogas is used for cement kiln decomposition furnace combustion to replace coal. At present, 17 tons of standard coal can be saved every day, the annual cost can be saved by about 8.7 million yuan, and the cost per ton of clinker can be reduced by 6.44 yuan/ton. After the two production buildings are put into operation, 45 tons of standard coal can be saved every day, the annual cost can be saved by about 14 million yuan, and the cost per ton of clinker can be reduced by 17.03 yuan/ton. Sludge from

biogas residue and sewage treatment will be dewatered by plate-and-frame filter press to produce mud cakes with a water content of about 70%. Currently, 120 tons of mud can be produced every day, and 36 tons of absolutely dry sludge can be produced. During the shutdown and maintenance period of the cement kiln, the mud cakes will be transported by vehicles to the coal bunker for storage, and then mixed with coal for use. When the cement kiln is running, the mud cake is directly put into the gasifier for drying and burning, and the high-temperature smoke enters the cement kiln. As a substitute for coal, mud cake can save 15 tons/day of standard coal (the heat value of mud cake is 3000 kcal/kg, and the heat value of standard coal is 7000 kcal/kg), and can produce 21000 yuan/day (1400 yuan/ton of standard coal). Based on the annual output of 1.35 million tons of clinker, the clinker per ton can be reduced by 5.67 yuan/ton. After the two production buildings of Zhongxin Animal Husbandry are put into operation, 240 tons of mud cake and 72 tons of absolutely dry sludge can be produced every day, 32 tons of standard coal can be saved every day, the benefit can be 44800 yuan per day, and the annual benefit is about 10 million yuan. Based on the annual output of 1.35 million tons of clinker, the clinker per ton can be reduced by 11.33 yuan/ton.

In addition, Century Xinfeng has increased investment in environmental protection, built circular economy parks, improved resource utilization efficiency, explored biomass energy utilization and solid waste disposal, opened up new growth points, and helped enterprises to achieve high quality. At present, the company is making every effort to promote the construction of large-scale food deep processing projects, supporting the construction of 1000 tons of rice production line and 500 tons of rice production line in the early stage. It is estimated that 100 tons of chaff will be produced every day. Every ton of chaff used can reduce the fuel cost by 200 yuan/ton (calculated by chaff) and 5.4 yuan/ton of clinker; When the 1000-ton rice production line of Zhongxin Kaiwei Green Food Industrial Park is completed and put into operation, the clinker per ton can be reduced by 10.8 yuan per ton.

In the clinker production stage, biogas, mud cake and rice husk are used as alternative fuels, and the clinker cost has been reduced by 17.51 yuan/ton at present; after full production, the clinker cost can be reduced by 39.16 yuan/ton.
