On September 14, the National Bureau of Statistics released the national economic data for August. In August, the added value of industries above the national scale increased by 4.5% year-on-year and 0.32% month-on-month.
Among them, the cement output in August was 15763 million tons, down 11.9% year-on-year; the cement output from January to August was 1,159.07 million tons, down 10.7% year-on-year.
In addition, the data show that the national cement output from January to August 2023 is 130600 million tons, so the absolute value of cement output from January to August this year is 14693 million tons less than same period last year, a decrease of 11.25%.
