On May 9, Liaoning released a list of cement clinker production lines, which showed that as of December 31, 2023, there were 50 cement clinker production lines in Liaoning, with a total annual clinker production capacity of 51.85 million tons. Among them, clinker production capacity is mainly distributed in Dalian, Liaoyang, Tieling, Benxi and Chaoyang, adding up to about 41.88 million tons per year, accounting for 80% of the total clinker production capacity in Liaoning.
According to the list, two clinker production lines in Liaoning have been announced to be withdrawn, namely, a 4000t/d clinker production line of Dalian Yongsheng Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and a 4000t/d clinker production line of Liaoning Daying Cement.
In addition, Dalian Shanshui Cement has not strictly implemented the peak staggering production plan of the cement industry in 2023, and has taken measures such as interviews.
