Meizhou Real Madrid Cement Co., Ltd. 4600t/d New Dry Process Cement Clinker Production Line and Waste Heat Power Generation Technical Transformation Project, this project uses the existing raw materials and raw coal processing system. The advanced second-generation intelligent new dry process pre-decomposition production technology is adopted, which meets the requirements of the latest international advanced low nitrogen and low carbon technology. The project invests 800 million yuan to upgrade the original 2500t/d new dry process clinker production line to 4600t/d new dry process clinker production line, which is equipped with 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation unit. In June 2023, the project signed a general contract for the project and obtained a construction permit in August of the same year to start the construction of the foundation works in the early stage, in which the key landmark preheater project was delivered and installed on December 28 of the same year. After 132 days of hard work, the preheater sub-project was capped as planned on May 8, 2024, and the rotary kiln was closed smoothly. The traffic safety
of the
foundation project has gone through more than 300 workers working day and night, rain or shine, hard work, as well as the orderly operation of engineering vehicles such as hook machines and forklifts, from the rugged and ravines to the demolition of the old ground. The first column of the kiln inlet preheater frame was hoisted on December 28, 2023, marking that the project entered the installation stage.
Even in the hot summer or the cold winter, the workers are still facing the difficulties, the welding work is carried out in a flash of lightning, and the tower crane operation shuttles back and forth in the high altitude, showing a busy scene.
