On December 16, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on Capacity Replacement of Cement Grinding Projects of Zhonglian and Other Three Companies in Southern Shandong Province. According to the requirements of the Notice on Issuing Several Measures to Resolutely Curb the Blind Development of "Two High" Projects (Lu Zheng Ban Zi [2021] No.98) and the Implementation Measures for Replacement of Cement Grinding Capacity in Shandong Province (Lu Gong Xin yuan [2022] No.53), Capacity replacement shall be carried out for the new cement grinding project of Lunan Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. and the mill technical transformation project of Heze Jinshan Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; the cement mill of Feixian Yizhou Cement Co., Ltd. shall supplement the capacity. The capacity replacement schemes of the above three companies are now publicized.
