On April 23, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Xin'an County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, issued the Announcement on the Capacity of the New Dry Process Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 2500 Tons of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement Co., Ltd.
The content shows that the replacement capacity of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement 4500t/d clinker production line is 1300t/d, and the capacity after replacement is 5800t/d. The transferred capacity comes from the 2500t/d clinker production line of the same company, which is used for the current capacity of 1300t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1:1;
The remaining 1200t/d clinker production capacity is used to supplement the 6000t/d clinker production line of Nanyang Zhonglian. After the supplement, the production capacity of Nanyang Zhonglian production line reaches 6800t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1.
In addition, 51% of the shares of Xin'an Zhonglian Wanji Cement Co., Ltd. held by China United Cement Group Co., Ltd. have been listed for transfer recently, with a base price of about 200 million yuan.
