The industrial waste residue buried in the supporting ash yard of Yili Chemical was excavated and transported to Inner Mongolia Yili Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. for cement production.
As an important part of the industrial chain of Yili Recycling Industrial Park, Inner Mongolia Yili Jidong Cement Co., Ltd., adhering to the development concept of "city purifier, good government helper", relies on the abundant industrial solid wastes such as carbide slag, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum in the park and the surrounding areas of Dalate Banner to build a new type of cement industry. A new dry process clinker cement production line with 100% carbide slag instead of limestone has been built for the first time in China, which can produce 750,000 tons of cement clinker and 1.1 million tons of high-quality ordinary Portland cement annually, with an annual output value of about 350 million yuan, a cumulative cement production of 16 million tons and a profit and tax payment of about 1.375 billion yuan. At the same time, the supporting cement kiln of the project can co-dispose 30000 tons of hazardous waste and 20000 tons of sludge annually.
"Enterprises comprehensively utilize 1.55 million tons of industrial solid waste from Yili Recycling Industrial Park and surrounding enterprises every year, including more than 1.2 million tons of industrial solid waste from Dalat Banner, and more than 22 million tons of industrial solid waste from Dalat Banner have been absorbed since the establishment of the factory, of which about 17 million tons of industrial solid waste from Dalat Banner have been absorbed."
