It is understood that with the continuous increase of cement production of Hunan Conch Cement Co., Ltd., due to the shortage of resources in the mining area, Hunan Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The name of the mining area after boundary expansion and adjustment is established as the limestone mine for cement in the Baiyanlong mining area of Xinhua County, which is approved by the People's Government of Xinhua County to meet the needs of supporting the production of Hunan Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The scope of the proposed mining right is delineated by 15 turning point. Area: 0.8468 km2 , mining depth: + 353m ~ + 225m.

Ore reserves: According to the Plan for Development and Utilization of Limestone Ore for Cement in Baiyanlong Mining Area of Xinhua County, it is designed to utilize 94.584 million tons of limestone resources for cement and 972,000 tons of clay ore for cement batching. In the design, the recovery rate of limestone is 98%, so the recoverable reserves of limestone for cement is 92,692,000 tons, the recoverable reserves of clay for cement batching is 953,000 tons, and the service life of the mine is about 24.64 years.
