Yunnan June Building Materials Price Fluctuation Announced, Sand and Stone Prices Fell Slightly

Recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Yunnan Province announced the price fluctuation of major engineering materials in Yunnan Province in June 2023.

First, the fluctuation of

steel prices in the whole province decreased by 2.36% compared with the previous month and 17.57% compared with the same period last year. Among them, the price of hot-rolled plain round steel bar (high-speed wire) decreased by 1.77%, the price of hot-rolled ribbed steel bar (rebar) decreased by 1.66%, and the price of hot-rolled round steel decreased by 2.98%.

2. Fluctuation of

cement price The cement price of the whole province decreased by 5.06% compared with the previous month and 2.75% compared with the same period last year. Among them, the price of ordinary Portland cement decreased by 4.69%, the price of slag Portland cement decreased by 5.47% and the price of composite Portland cement decreased by 5.23% compared with the previous month.

3. Price fluctuation

of construction sand The price of construction sand in the whole province decreased by 0.21% compared with the previous month and 2.58% compared with the same period last year. Among them, the price of mountain sand decreased by 0.25%, the price of coarse sand decreased by 0.21% and the price of fine sand decreased by 0.21% compared with the previous month.

4. Price fluctuation

of construction stone The price of construction stone in the whole province decreased by 0.28% compared with the previous month and 3.26% compared with the same period last year. Among them, the price of crushed stone decreased by 0.28% and the price of rubble decreased by 0.29% compared with the previous month.

5. Price fluctuation of

commercial concrete The price of commercial concrete in the whole province decreased by 1.49% compared with the previous month and 4.50% compared with the same period last year.

6. Price fluctuation of

autoclaved aerated concrete blocks The price of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in the whole province decreased by 1.03% compared with the previous month and increased by 1.33% compared with the same period last year.
