January, the main bridge bearing platform of the Dongyang Doctor Bridge Project in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, located in the Dongyang River, completed concrete pouring in one day. This morning (March 6), the project ushered in the latest node, follow our reporter to take a look.
Reporters came to the construction site of the first pouring of the lower tower column of the Doctor Bridge. From 8 a.m., the concrete truck behind them poured the lower tower column at a speed of 30 to 40 cubic meters per hour. The whole pouring time was controlled at about 5 hours.
It is understood that the Doctor Bridge has two lower towers, one of which is under construction, and a total of 150 cubic meters of concrete need to be poured. Chen Junsan, the production manager of
Doctor Bridge Project, said that this time we poured the lower tower column of the bridge, which has a tilt angle, so we need to control the volume of concrete. After the concrete of the lower tower column is completed, it mainly depends on the steel structure of the bridge deck. The steel structure of the bridge deck is laid from south to north. After the main bridge is laid, the steel structure is used for construction without concrete. The
person in charge of the site also told reporters that the lower tower column will be poured in four times, and the pouring work will be completed in mid-April.
At present, the eighth link of the bridge has been completed, and the B ramp will be completed this month. Two of the four lower structures in Jiangnan have been completed, and the remaining two will be completed by the end of this month.
Chen Junsan said that the center of gravity in the later period is mainly the seventh couplet across Jiangbin North Street. The seventh couplet is more difficult and has a larger span. It is interlaced with Jiangbin North Street, and the traffic is more limited, so this is the most important point.
