On October 19, Ningde Times Guizhou New Energy Power and Energy Storage Battery Manufacturing Base Project, located in Guian New District, Guizhou Province, entered the final stage before putting into operation, and supporting facilities such as substations and canteens have been put into use.
At present, the first phase of the project is progressing smoothly and will be put into operation on October 27. After mass production, it will gradually form an industrial ecology and promote Gui'an New Area to build a production base for new energy vehicles, batteries and materials.
It is reported 
that the total land area of Guizhou New Energy Power and Energy Storage Battery Manufacturing Base Project in Ningde Age is about 1435 mu, and it is planned to build an annual production base of 60 GWh power and energy storage batteries. The project will be divided into two phases .
Among them, the planned land for the first phase of the project is about 885 mu , with a total investment of about 7 billion yuan , and the construction will be officially started in early 2022. It adopts the most advanced production line with high rhythm, high automation rate and high flexibility in Ningde era, and designs an annual production capacity of 30GWh power and energy storage battery production line and related supporting facilities.
Ningde Times said that the company will take Guiyang as an important base to jointly build a whole industrial chain system based on green low-carbon or even zero-carbon from upstream phosphate mining, production of phosphorus-fluorine chemical battery materials to lithium battery manufacturing, and extend to downstream applications until battery recycling.
