Recently, after 36 hours of continuous struggle, the raft of Tonghao Electrochemical Kechuang Building Project, which is exclusively supplied by Guancheng Factory of Henan Business Department of China Construction Western Xinjiang Co., Ltd., has been successfully poured. Three truck pumps, one chute and 60 electric mixers worked together, and the total volume of concrete pouring was 6409 m ³, which was 12 hours ahead of schedule.
Located in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, with a total investment of about 600 million yuan and a total construction area of 60,000 square meters, the project aims to build a comprehensive science and technology innovation base with high-speed rail "four electricity" (communication, signal, electric power and electrification engineering) as its main part.
In order to ensure the smooth pouring of concrete, Henan Business Department set up the mass concrete construction headquarters of Tonghao Electrochemical Kechuang Building Project and set up eight working groups. A week before the start of pouring, Guancheng Factory took the lead in organizing several seminars to make detailed investigation plans for traffic routes and site layout in advance in view of the unexpected situations that may occur in transportation and on-site technical services during the performance of the project, and at the same time, it made a comprehensive inspection and inventory of production equipment and material inventory to ensure production. Verify the mix proportion of concrete and conduct more than 20 tests to determine the best mix proportion. In-depth drills and detailed management are carried out in all aspects, including on-site command, project communication, supplies allocation, safety supervision, technical guidance, quality control, test sampling, vehicle scheduling, road coordination, emergency response, logistical support, etc.
The quality of service is more important than temperature. Guancheng Factory coordinates the construction work, installs the sprinkler system, effectively controls the dust on site and plays a local cooling role for the pouring operation; The concrete thermometry is carried out by using JDC-II electronic building thermometer and supporting temperature measuring line and probe. 18 thermometry points are arranged in the tower area and 9 thermometry points are arranged in the podium area to ensure that the temperature control index of mass concrete construction is met. In addition, two vehicle cleaning places are set up to clean incoming and outgoing tankers, so as to create a first-class civilized construction management.
