In order to support the diversified development of new energy storage on the user side, explore new scenarios for the integrated development of energy storage. For new energy storage power stations with installed capacity of 1MW and above, the investment subject shall be supported by no more than 0.2 yuan/kWh according to the discharge capacity from the next month of grid-connected operation, and the continuous support shall not exceed 2 years, with a maximum of 3 million yuan for a single project. The subsidy in the draft is 0.3 yuan/kWh, which is reduced by at least 0.1 yuan/kWh. New high-quality project entry awards
have been added to encourage the agglomeration and development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the new energy storage industry chain. For high-quality enterprises that settle in the district within the validity period of the policy and rent office buildings, factory buildings and self-use in the district, the annual output value of the year reaches more than 50 million yuan, subsidies will be given according to 50% of the actual rent incurred in that year. A single enterprise has a maximum of 500000 yuan per year and a maximum of three years of support.
In the cooperative and collaborative demonstration award, it is clear that within the validity period of the policy, no more than 10 demonstration application projects will be selected each year, and a single project will be supported by up to 200000 yuan.
