The special team inspected the management of sand mining in the Macheng section of the Jushui River and the permitted mining area. After the unannounced visit, the special class informed the relevant person in charge of Macheng City about the inspection and made a request. One is to strengthen social supervision. Strengthen the publicity of important laws and regulations, open channels for supervision and reporting, mobilize the masses to consciously and actively stay away from illegal sand mining and report and expose illegal sand mining crimes, so as to achieve group defense and group control and mass prevention. The second is to strengthen joint law enforcement. Strengthen joint law enforcement with public security, transportation, market supervision and other departments, deepen the mechanism of joint prevention and control, joint management and joint governance of departments and regions, and form a joint effort to promote long-term governance. Third, strengthen the supervision of mining areas. We should strictly implement the relevant system requirements of on-site supervision in mining areas, constantly strengthen on-site supervision measures, continuously improve the level of on-site supervision, and ensure that sand mining activities in licensed mining areas are carried out in an orderly manner according to law.
