According to the bidding documents, the bidding capacity is 1.2G W . It mainly purchases P-type high-efficiency single-crystal double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules . The photovoltaic modules purchased this time are mainly used for the 2G W photovoltaic storage integration project (550 MW part) of Guangdong Energy Shache County and the 350 MW photovoltaic storage integration project of the 45th Regiment of the Third Division of Guangdong Energy Corps.
Project I: Shache County of Guangdong Energy The photovoltaic module procurement project of 2000MW photovoltaic storage integration project (550 MW part) is located in Shache County, Kashi Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, about 34 km away from Shache County in the northeast and about 150 km away from Kashi City in the northwest; The coordinates of the central point of the site are: E: 76 ° 51 ′ 37.85 ″, N: 38 ° 15 ′ 58.50 ″, and the altitude is between 1378-1616 m. The northeast side of the site is about 8.0km away from G3012 Tuhe Expressway and G315 National Highway, so the external traffic is very convenient;
Project II: PV Module Procurement Project of 350MW Photovoltaic Storage Integration Project of the 45th Regiment of the 3rd Division of Guangdong Energy Production and Construction Corps. The project site is located in the 45th Regiment of Tumushuke City of the 3rd Division of the Production and Construction Corps of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a straight-line distance of about 119 km from Tumushuke City in the northeast. It is about 7.3km away from the 45th Regiment in the south and about 43km away from Maigaiti County in the southwest. The traffic conditions are convenient. The coordinates of the central point of the site are: E: 77 ° 58 ′ 05.20 ", N: 39 ° 12 ′ 05.22", and the altitude is between 1148.33 and 1159.26m.
It should be noted that the bidder can use all the components with the same power to bid, or use the combination of two adjacent power components to bid, but the size of the two power components must be the same, and the specific quantity or quantity ratio of the two power components must be specified in the bidding. In addition to good financial status and business reputation,
the tender also requires that the tenderer must be an independent legal person registered in the People's Republic of China with a registered capital of 100 million yuan or more .
The bidding product shall have at least one of the following certifications: CQC, CGC, UL, ETL, VDE and TUV . The models, specifications and manufacturers of key components and raw materials (cells, packaging materials, glass panels, welding materials, junction boxes and terminals, etc.) shall be consistent with the certified products. In terms of
